Google adsense is a programme run by google, where by google place advert on you site and you get paid when visitors to your site click on this advert, easy as that.
You just have to register with google adsense to be able to have google advert placed o your site and it is completely free to register. But first you have to have a website, which is no problem at all. You can get a website free of charge from blogger.com which is affiliated to google( which makes it much easier).
After building your site and adding content to it, you are ready to add your google advert. You register at google.com/adsense and then you can configure your advert the way you want it to appear on you site. The sweet thing about google adsense is that you can configure you advert in ways that will look pleasing to your visitor and the advert placed are related to what you have on you sites so your, for example if you have a site that is about breeding dogs, an advert o cars will not appear. This gives you an edge because people visiting your site are more likely to click on this advert because it is related to what they are looking for.
